Terms of trade
Unix Trading Co., Ltd. does business under trade terms such as telegraphic transfer and letter of credit.
Terms of Payment and Shipping
- Minimum 50 % payment prior to shipping
- Upon confirmation of payment, confirmed vehicles will be scheduled for shipment on the next available vessel.
- Balance of payment must be made prior to arrival of the vessel at your port
- All consignee information must be faxed/e-mailed to Unix to ensure that all documentation is correctly prepared before the vessel arrives at your port
- Copy of the shipping documents may be faxed to you when necessary
- Upon receipt of the balance outstanding, the original documentation will be sent to you by air courier.
- Payment can be made via Telegraphic Transfer (TT) or Irrevocable Letter of Credit at Sight (L/C)

C.I.F.(Cost, Insurance, Freight) including the cost of the car, marine insurance and shipping freight
F.O.B.(Free On Board) including the cost of the car and all loading charges at the Port of Nagoya
How to make on-line inquiries

STEP2 | If you find any units interesting, tick [É]the check box on the right end of description for the units. When you tick all the units you are interested in, please click [request] on the bottom of the page. |

STEP3 | Please refer to description of the selected units shown on the page, and fill in the application form listed below. If you properly input all the necessary information and transmit us, we will check availability of the units, and will send you our prices for all the available units by e-mail. If the prices are agreed and you are ready to take the units, please advise us the reference # and chassis # for the confirmed units. We will send you our sales confirmation sheet by fax or by e-mail by return. Within seven days after we send the sales confirmation in writing, please remit us your first payment for minimum 50 % of the sales price. As soon as you complete remittance procedure, please advise us by sending us the bank TT copy by fax. Upon receipt of minimum 50 % of the sales price, we will then proceed with arrangement to ship the units by the earliest possible vessel. |

STEP4 | Total amount of the sale price must be completed before the vessel arrives at the port you designate. Upon confirmation of receipt of the remittance at our account to cover the amount in full, we will send you all the necessary shipping documents to the designated party by air courier. Please note that we are free from any costs or liabilities incurred by the time it takes for the delivery. We are also not liable with any kind of accidents during the delivery as long as recipient’s name and address are properly stated on the envelope and handling charge is duly fulfilled. Upon request, we can inform you of the tracking number of the airway bill so that you can locate the package. |

Other conditions
- Vehicles, once confirmed, cannot be cancelled without incurring cancellation charges.
- You can put claims against confirmed units if the vehicle you purchase is in any way inaccurately described in our stock list. Please note tires, breaks CV Joints, batteries and audio accessories are not countenanced except under special circumstances. Claims must be delivered to us in writing within seven days after the date of the vehicle’s arrival. Please however note that under C&F and F.O.B .basis, any parts or accessories which are stolen after the vehicle is brought to Nagoya Wharf, are not under cover of guarantee.
- We endeavor to provide maximum satisfaction to our customers, but risk management requires that we inform you of the followings,
- Exteriors (except window parts ) are subject to painting for scuffs and scrapes,
- Minor scratches or stains to the interior need to be treated,
- Most of the tires are used ones and are more or less subject to some abrasion,
- Brake pads and CV joints may need to be changed,
- Oil and filters may need to be changed,
- Approximately US$ 500 may be needed to take care of minor defaults,
